Members acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with their participation. Paradise Gym shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the use of its facilities or participation in its programs.
4. Waiver of Liability

By using Paradise Gym facilities and participating in any activities or programs, members agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Paradise Gym, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with their use of the gym or participation in its activities.
5. Accuracy of Information

Paradise Gym strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Members are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
6. Changes and Updates

Paradise Gym reserves the right to modify or update this legal disclaimer at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

By using Paradise Gym facilities or participating in any programs or activities, members agree to the terms outlined in this legal disclaimer.

Terms and Conditions of Paradise Gym

1. Membership Agreement

Eligibility: Memberships are available to individuals 18 years and older. Minors may join with parental consent.
Membership Types: Various membership plans are available, including monthly, yearly, and personal training options. Details of each plan, including benefits and fees, are outlined separately.

2. Payment and Billing

Fees: Membership fees are due in advance as specified for each membership type. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Yearly memberships renew annually unless canceled by the member.
No Refunds: All membership fees, including payments for personal training and merchandise, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of memberships or packages.

3. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel monthly memberships with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Yearly memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term.
Termination by Gym: Paradise Gym reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for violations of gym policies, misconduct, or failure to adhere to membership terms.

4. Facility Use

Access: Members are granted access to facilities based on their membership type. Access may be restricted during maintenance or special events.
Guest Policy: Guests may be allowed with prior approval. Guest fees may apply, and members are responsible for their guest’s conduct.

5. Personal Training

Sessions: Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
Packages: Training packages must be used within the specified time frame from the date of purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

6. Health and Safety

Medical Clearance: Members must disclose any health conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to exercise. Paradise Gym is not responsible for any health issues arising from gym use.
Conduct: Members are expected to follow gym rules and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Property and Liability

Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Paradise Gym is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Liability Waiver: By using the gym facilities, members agree to waive liability for injuries or damages sustained during gym use, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the gym.

8. Hold Harmless

Indemnification: Members agree to hold harmless and indemnify Paradise Gym, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to their use of the gym facilities, including claims for personal injury or property damage.

9. Amendments

Policy Changes: Paradise Gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement: By purchasing a membership or using the gym facilities, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
